Keith Webb

Keith is a highly-experienced IT Service Management Consultant and Expert with extensive knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management, Service Catalogue Management and Service Level Management.

Keith has assisted many organisations to add value to a broad range of customer scenarios including IT organisational restructuring, operational transformation, target operating models, project management, transition management, redefining Service Management processes and defining and embedding IT policy and strategy.
