In conjunction with offering accredited public training courses, Crunch Consultancy provides our clients with the opportunity to build a training requirement that is specifically tailored to their needs.
To quote the famous French philosopher Blaise Pascal “We view things not only from different sides, but with different eyes”.
At Crunch we have the skills and know-how to blend and shape your training requirements to deliver specific outcomes and value. This can be in collaboration with, or separate to our Process Design and Improvement service.

The delivery process for training consists of the following:
Initial scoping meeting
A Crunch consultant will conduct an initial scoping meeting with the client to establish the key objectives, critical success factors and outcomes desired from the training. We will also offer to conduct a Skills Gap Analysis for the client based on industry recognised skills frameworks.
Training resource identification and agreement
Once the training requirement has been identified, a timetable for training delivery will be agreed and a suitable lecturer / consultant will be made available to engage with the client and deliver the training.
Course content
Working with the client, our course designers will:
• Build the training collateral
• Agree the branding
• Agree the content, timings and logistics
• Ensure the content of the training is both Fit for Purpose & Fit for Use
Post training support
Once the training has taken place Crunch will be on-hand to support and assist both the clients and the individuals as they embed their newly acquired skills and knowledge into their respective organisations. We will offer to provide mentoring, subject matter expertise, guidance and on-going support for as long as the client deems necessary.
